Canadian Grub Restaurant opened in August 2012 as a take out only lunch & late night spot in Downtown Stratford. In March of 2013 the back dining area opened with 22 seats wrapping around a 2nd kitchen prep area.
In december of 2013 the tasting kitchen was completed & a new dining experience was created.
The original concept has stayed the same, use only products that grow in Canada, no exceptions. We take excellent farm grown products from our local producers & create memorable meals. The style of food in the front has remained the same. Preparing great food from scratch, no steps skipped in order to build flavour.
