Contemporary and classic Hawaiian and Asian dishes from Chef Michael Sutherland are served alongside head barman Robin Wynne's playful tropical cocktail list. Miss Thing's interior, designed by Ian Rydberg of Solid Design Build, takes subtle cues from Hawaiian and American tiki culture, and the retro mid-century hotel lobby bars of yesteryear with a fresh and modern perspective. Miss Thing’s Coconut Room is available for public or private events for up to 275 guests. The space features a Class A sound system and full inventory of audio visual equipment.
