To properly accommodate our guests and adhere to proper sanitization procedures, bookings are for a 2 hour dining time. If your desired time does not appear to be available online, please call us directly at 604-559-7968 for additional options. Requests for dining on the Patio are requests only and we will do our best to accommodate. We aren't able to take reservations for Happy Hour, but please visit us beginning daily at 3pm for our amazing Happy Hour offerings and we'd be happy to find a space for you. In order to comply with Provincial Health Orders for September 8, 2020 we will be observing new guidelines on liquor service. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask a Restaurant Manager.
We require a credit card to secure this reservation. Nothing will be charged to this card at this time . In the event that you cannot make your reservation a $100 fee per person will be applied to your card. Cancellation requires 48 hours notice.
I know what you’re thinking. The Flying Pig? You must have lots of pork on the menu, right? Nothing could be further from the truth. To be honest, our menu breakdown has a wide range of items and, yes, a small portion can be pork. The Flying Pig represents our desire for you to see the impossible happen every time you visit us. As seasoned veterans in our field, it is our obligation to exceed expectations and we never forget “that you’re only as good as your last meal”. Our backgrounds are influenced by a strong Canadian work ethic and our roots are planted in kitchens all around Vancouver. We refer to our restaurant as a “nouveau Canadian Bistro”… offering a simple, seasonally inspired menu with fresh, local ingredients at a great value. Our open concept kitchen brings the Chef to your table, delivering a memorable overall dining experience.
