They welcome you into their gastronomic universe ranging from fine Italian cuisine, through Market Fresh cuisine to Raw Foods. Indeed, they created about fifty recipes on the subject for the magazine La Semaine and they worked with Solange Laurin on a cookbook about Raw Foods. They also filmed a TV show entitled "Sabor a mi" on channel 269 where they made original recipes.
